Prices on the site. The prices advertised on this site are in US currency for Internet orders. Prices are marked otherwise with a CAD, USD , BMP, or  £. Prices on some items may differ from those charged at local retail stores. Prices, inventory and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including also the right to refuse sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on the site. The order placed may be charged in Canadian, USD or  £ funds. Exchange rates for various countries differ and will depend on current rates available at most financial institutions. Your credit card company may or may not inflate current exchange rates at market value depending on various agreements between you and your credit card host company.

Indemnity -  You agree to indemnify and hold Mammothoutlet.com, mammothdogbeds.com , The Distinguished Dog Club Inc, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees or partner sites, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site, use by your pet, dog or yourself of any product or products sold on this site including the misuse of packaging in any way, including also your use of the site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the site. Mammoth shall not be responsible for any occurrences such as health related issues, sickness, or death that may arise due to the use or misuse of any products sold and obtained on this site and any other affiliate sites marketing the Mammoth trademark.

Shipping  -  Mammothoutlet.com reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order. Shipping irregularities, no such current address, refusal of items or non-delivery of any reason are subject to extra shipping fees, custom charges and or a re-stocking fee in order to obtain items returned to our warehouse. Mammoth hereby voids any warranty or warranties on shipping time of arrival. Shipping once sent to the distribution carrier or pick up by a local or international carrier is the responsibility of the specific carrier. Other custom charges may apply to customers outside North America. The customer must contact the carrier if any problems arise due to delivery.
*Free shipping offer available to continental United States and Canada only.  Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Alaska and Yukon do not apply. This offer can be cancelled at any time. Some exceptions apply. Free shipping offer void if returning or exchanging an item.

Tracking - A tracking number is automatically sent to the e-mail provided on your order when order is shipped. If none received after seven days, please submit a request to track.

Cancellations - We strive to process your order as quickly as possible in order to get it to you in a very timely manner. If you decide you must cancel your order, please do so by calling our toll-free number 1-888-364-2339  the same day of order placement and speak directly with an agent to obtain a cancellation number. You may also e-mail Mammoth support  same day. Please await confirmation with a cancellation number. No phone messages will be accepted. Cancellation after this time frame will be charged a 30% restocking and any shipping fees incurred. No exceptions.

Returns/exchanges  - Send your request to Mammoth support only. Returns require a return authorization number(RAN). Any returns or exchanges without authorization will be refused. You may only return an unused item in new condition within a period of twenty one days from date of order. Not applicable on custom items, embroidered items, xxl, memory foam, closeouts, seconds and discount dog beds. Once return is granted, shipping to destination charge applies to all orders. Free shipping is void upon a return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a 30% donation fee on returned items that do not comply with our return policy. The donation charge will insure that your product will not be sold again and donated to humane societies or shelters and rescue organizations. USPS only. Exchanges must be processed within five days of receipt. EAN required.
We reserve the right to cancel any return or exchange at our discretion.

Warranty  - Mammoth Dog Beds offers a 100% guarantee against manufactures defects. If a defect is detected, please contact us so we may rectify the problem or replace the product ordered. Mammoth Dog Beds warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship subject to the limitations below.

This warranty is made by Mammoth Dog Beds only to original end user customers acquiring the product directly from mammothoutlet.com or Mammoth Dog Beds affiliate. The customers sole remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Mammoth Dog Beds options. Consent from Mammoth Dog Beds must be obtained before warranty work can be performed. This warranty shall not apply to any products which must be replaced due to normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or accident, shipping damage, improper product usage or care. Warranty is hereby void if product has been modified or altered, repaired, or refurbished by someone other then Mammoth. This warranty does not cover the cost of transportation or labour. There is no refunds on products that deem fit to specifications determined by our inspectors, custom orders or embroidered personalized items. We are not responsible for products manufactured by anyone other than Mammoth.
